Other ways to learn about Mindfulness

What's better? Podcasts or Books!
The answer is both! Below I will give some recommendations based off of my experience with books or podcasts that share mindful practices.
Books!
These three books are great ways to dig deeper into mindful practices and get different perspectives on how to start practicing mindfulness. "Peace is a Practice" gives more instruction and includes specific mindful techniques you should use in different situations while "How Far You Have Come" and "Clarity & Connection" provides the reader with anecdotes or poems that inspire mindful thinking.
While these books are fascinating quick reads, some people prefer listening to podcasts. Both provide you with tons of information and in my personal experience I like to switch between the two! Spotify has a great variety of mindful podcasts which incorporate different techniques and opinions. My favorite ones will be attached below!
Podcasts!
The first link takes you to an article of the top 7 best mindful podcasts of 2022! All of those are amazing resources and I have also provided two others that I like to use frequently. All of these podcasts can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, or other streaming services.
